Clarifresh inspections experience four stages:
Stage: New
A "new" inspection is created once a user creates a new inspection and completes the "Inspection Details" step. In the inspection list (found on the reports tab), a report will be associated with the following icon:
Stage: In Progress
Once the user adds information to the inspection, the stage will change to "In progress". The inspection will remain in this stage until the user reaches the last step of the process. On the inspection list (found on the reports tab), a report will be associated with the following icon:
Stage: Completed
Once an inspector completes the last step of the process, it will automatically change to "completed". As of mobile version 4.1.2, this final stage will take place only after clicking the button, "Tap to complete":
In the inspection list found on the reports tab, the report will be associated with the following icon:
Please note: In the event that an inspection is following a process with an automatic approval set, this stage will be skipped.
Stage: Approved
Once an automatic approval is set or the inspection is approved in the web app panel, the inspection is "approved". In the inspection list (found on the reports tab), a report will be associated with the following icon:
When approved, QC reports can be shared and made accessible to non Clarifresh users.
