How to Remove Photos from an Inspection

If you need to remove photos from an inspection, follow these steps. Please note that inspections cannot be modified when they are in approved status. You will need to un-approve the inspection before making any changes.

Step 1: Un-Approve the Inspection.

1. Locate the inspection on the webapp or the mobile app you want to modify.
2. Change its status from Approved to Completed. This allows you to make changes.

Step 2: Remove Photos in the Mobile App

1. Open the mobile app.
2. Use the search function to find the inspection you want to edit.
3. Click on the Edit button.
4. Navigate to the Photo Step.
5. Locate the unwanted photos and delete them.

Step 3: Save and Re-Approve the Inspection

1. Once you have removed the photos, exit the inspection.
2. If necessary, review the inspection and approve it again to finalize.
