We're Updating How User Roles Work
To simplify user management, we’ve updated our roles system.
What’s changing?
Previously, there were four roles: Lite, Standard, Pro, and Manager.
Now, there are just three roles: Lite, Standard, and Pro.
“Manager” is no longer a role — it’s now a Permission you can assign to any user, regardless of role.
What’s included?
New customers will automatically receive one manager Permission license.
Need more? Our sales team is here to help.
Already using the Manager role?
Don’t worry — any existing user with a “Manager” role will temporarily become a Pro user with manager Permission.
We’ll then adjust user roles based on your original license agreement.
