You can now create a list property for inspections in a main account and customize its values separately for each sub-account.
Why is this useful?
It allows you to generate reports in the main account and still filter or group data by the same property, even if each sub-account uses different values.
Sub-accounts are often used to represent different sites or locations, making it logical for each site to have its own property values while still maintaining consistent reporting.
How to Edit Values for a Sub-Account
Go to Sub-Account's Settings → General Config → Properties.
Find the relevant list property that was created in the main account.
Click Edit on the right side of the property row.
A pop-up window will appear with all fields locked except the values field, which you can edit freely.
If there are existing values in the main account, they will be listed in the values field.
You can delete, overwrite, or reuse these values as needed.
After saving your changes, an option will appear next to the edit pencil icon allowing you to revert and delete the custom values, restoring the original values from the parent account.
Using External Specs
When you’re using external specs from another company, the behavior is the same — list property values remain editable for your account.
