The Mapping screen in Clarifresh allows you to connect your system’s identifiers (external IDs) to Clarifresh’s internal IDs. This step is required before you can use the Import API.
To access the mapping panel, click on:
- Settings
- Integration
- Mapping
- Change the toggle to see all your elements
- Click on the edit button
- Fill your external id for each relevant elements.
For your convenience, Clarifresh allows you to export the list of elements as a CSV file. You can edit this file using any external editor and then upload it back into the system. Use the Export Mapping CSV button to download the file and the Upload Mapping CSV button to re-import your changes.
