We’re excited to introduce AI Analytics, a new conversational data-intelligence experience now available in Beta for all Clarifresh users at no additional cost during this phase.
AI Analytics allows you to explore your inspection data using natural language, just as you would in a conversation with a colleague. Instead of building filters or configuring reports, simply type your question—and get immediate, data-driven answers.
What Is AI Analytics?
AI Analytics brings generative AI directly into the Clarifresh platform. It transforms the way you interact with your QC data by enabling free-text, conversational queries across your inspections, grades, defects, suppliers, attributes, and more.
This feature is especially useful for quick decision-making, discovering trends, and answering unexpected business questions on the spot — giving you a fast, intuitive way to receive meaningful analytical insights without building filters or configuring reports.
Where to Access It
A new AI Analytics tab is now available in the main menu of the Clarifresh web platform.

Ask questions naturally
Type any business question in your own words, in any language.
Example questions:“What are the top quality issues for grapes this month?”
“Show me defect trends across our suppliers.”
"Who were the top three grape growers with the highest Brix levels this year?"
Get instant insights
Each answer includes:A short explanation of what was searched
A data table with the results
Available charts to visualize patterns and trends
Mark any desired output as a favorite by clicking the
icon next to the output title. Favorited insights will be saved in your Favorites sidebar, allowing you to return to them anytime with a single click.
Refine the conversation
Continue asking follow-up questions, filter the results, or adjust your request—AI Analytics remembers the context of your conversation to tune the insights.
