Our new AI Label Scan (Beta) feature helps you create inspections faster by automatically filling in the inspection properties from a label photo.
How It Works
Start a New Inspection and select the Produce and Process.
Tap Use Camera for Auto Fill.
Scan the label on the pallet or box.
The AI extracts the text and matches it to your inspection properties.
You’ll see a confirmation showing how many fields were successfully filled.
About the Beta
This feature is in beta, meaning we released the first version early so you can start using it right away.
Improvements are already planned—such as smarter label checks and additional guidance.
Activation & Availability
The AI Label Scan (Beta) feature is not enabled automatically.
Managers can turn the feature on or off at any time from Account Settings.
When the toggle is enabled, the AI auto-fill button becomes available in the mobile app for that specific account or sub-account.
