Background
ERP integrations may send List Property values that don’t exist in the property’s predefined value list.
When this happens, those values cannot be used for filtering in Web Reports or in All Inspections on mobile.
What’s New
You can now automatically sync new ERP values into List Properties.
When enabled, any new List Property value coming from ERP during mobile inspection creation will be added to the relevant property list, making it immediately usable for filtering and reporting.
How It Works
This behavior is enabled by turning on “Sync new ERP values to list” in Integration Settings>Lifecycle Events tab:
The sync runs automatically every 10 minutes
Applies to one or more List Properties populated by ERP data
Out of Scope (This Phase)
Sub-lists are not supported
Offline inspections / offline process are not supported
