Clarifresh allows you to organize inspections, processes, standards, and inspectors in separate entities. Those entities can represent daughter companies, geographic locations of the organization, or separate units, such as packing houses. With Clarifresh's terminology, those separate entities are called 'sub-companies'.
Accessing and switching between sub-companies is easy using the 'account switcher':
[1]: main account
[2]: sub-account
When a sub-account is created, users within this level have access to all processes and standards from its main account, but not the inspections created under it. In the event that a process or standard is created at the level of the sub-account , the user will have restricted access to that specific sub-account. Thus, it is reccomended when inspections under sub-accounts need to be confidential.
