Properties and attributes can be easily created when setting up an inspection process (please refer to Creating a new inspection process and Creating a new inspection standard). However, any edits should be made in the settings section.
The screenshot illustrates the process for editing a property in the Clarifresh platform. The steps to configure the property include:
- Access the settings sections (Step 1)

Navigation: Access the "General Config" section (Step 2) and click on "Properties" (Step 3) in the left-hand menu.

Property Selection: Scroll through the list of properties and locate the desired one—in this case, "Qty received" (highlighted in red).

Edit the Property:
- Hover over the property and click on the edit (pencil) icon.
- A popup appears allowing changes to the property name, external ID, or marking it as a required field.

Required Property: If "Required Property" is checked, this field becomes mandatory, and users cannot proceed without filling it out.

Save Changes: Click "Save" to confirm updates.
