You can now delete multiple inspections at once directly from the Report screen. This helps you quickly clean up data based on your current view, without removing inspections one by one.
How to delete inspections
- Go to the Reports screen and filter the inspections you want to delete
- Open More Actions (top right corner)
- Click Delete inspections
- Confirm the action
A confirmation message will display the number of selected inspections. Once you click Delete, the inspections will be removed. This action cannot be undone.
Who can use it
- QC Managers only
Important notes
- Only selected inspections are affected
- Approved inspections cannot be deleted
- Inspections that cannot be deleted are automatically skipped
