AI Analytics now includes Memory in beta, allowing you to save important context for yourself or your company. This helps AI Analytics understand your terminology, preferences, and default assumptions—so you do not need to explain the same things again in every chat.
Memory can be used to translate your internal terminology into Clarifresh terminology and guide how AI Analytics should interpret future questions.
For example, you can save memories such as:
- “Purchase order means inspections from process X.”
- “When no period is mentioned, use last month’s data by default.”
- “Supplier score should be calculated based on approved inspections only.”
How to add a memory
- Go to AI Analytics.
- Click the settings cog at the bottom left of the screen.
- Select Memory.
- Add a new memory.
- Choose whether the memory should apply to:
- Personal level – only for your AI Analytics usage.
- Company level – for all AI Analytics users in your company.
Once saved, AI Analytics will use this memory as additional context in future conversations.
Why use Memory?
Use Memory to make AI Analytics more aligned with the way your company works. It can help reduce repeated explanations, improve terminology matching, and make answers more relevant to your operational logic.
