The Batch Overview is a table that presents the in-batch inspections included in a batch QC report.
Its layout is similar to the table displayed on the Reports screen. You can customize the Batch Overview by selecting saved reports that determine which columns are shown for the in-batch inspections.
Customize the Batch Overview
- Go to Specs.
- Open the relevant batch process.
- Select Edit Settings.
- In the batch settings, find the QC Report's Batch Overview section.
- Select a saved report for the First View.
- Optionally, select another saved report for the Second View.
- Save your changes.
How the selected views are displayed
Each selected saved report creates a separate table in the Batch Overview.
- When only the First View is selected, one table is displayed in the batch QC report.
- When both views are selected, the two tables are displayed one below the other.
- When no saved report is selected, the in-batch inspections are displayed in a default table with the standard columns.
The columns included in each table are determined by the columns configured in the selected saved report.
Empty columns
In the batch QC report, a column is automatically hidden when it does not contain data for any of the in-batch inspections.
This keeps the Batch Overview focused on the information that is relevant to the current batch.
