We’ve upgraded the Reports screen to better handle large datasets when using the Group By feature.
What’s New
Previously, Group By reports could only display up to 2,000 inspections.
Now, Group By supports up to 40,000 inspections!
When your report includes more than 2,000 inspections, the Group By view will still be displayed, but the option to drill down into individual inspections is disabled.
How to Drill Down
If you’d like to drill down into inspection details, simply narrow your results by applying more filters.
Important Notes
This improvement applies when the report includes fewer than 1,000 groups.
Above that limit, results will not be displayed.
