Photos View brings photos from selected inspections together in one gallery, making it easier to review images across inspections and find the photos you need.
How to use it
- In Reports, select the inspections you want to review.
- Click the Gallery button in the top-right action bar.
- Use the Photo type filter at the top of the report to narrow the gallery to relevant images. The regular report filters are also available to narrow down the inspections.
Other reporting improvements
- Filter by approver: In Add Filter, select Approved by and choose a user to view inspections they approved.
- Filter and group by toggle properties: Select a toggle property in Add Filter and choose True or False, or add it as a Group by field to organize results by its value.
