The AI reviews the QC report and suggests a concise summary highlighting the overall outcome, key quality findings, significant defects, and other notable results.
Generate a summary
- Open a completed or approved QC report.
- Go to the Notes section.
- Click Summarize.
- Review the suggested summary.
- Select Save to Notes to add it to the report, or Discard to remove the draft.
Always review the AI-generated content before saving it.
Sharing the summary
Once saved, the summary instantly appears in the public QC report—even if the report has already been shared—giving customers and suppliers a clear overview of the results at a glance.
Good to know
- Only one AI-generated summary can be saved per inspection.
- Saved summaries cannot be edited.
- To generate a new summary, delete the existing one and click Summarize again.
