Licenses are often limited and can add up in costs. If a user no longer needs access, you can remove their license and reassign it to someone else. Here’s how you can do it:
Log in to your Clarifresh account.
Go to Settings → Users (see step 2 in the screenshot).
Select the user whose license you want to remove (step 3).
Edit the user details: in the Role dropdown, change their role to remove the paid license (step 4).
Click Save (step 5).
That’s it! The license is now freed up and can be assigned to another user, helping you optimize usage and reduce unnecessary licensing costs.
