“Approved by” Column in Reports

You can now display and group reports by the Approved by user, giving QC Managers better visibility into who approved each inspection.
 

What’s new:

• Approved by is now available as a general column in the Reports screen.

• The column can be:

  • Added to the report

  • Used for grouping

How to add the “Approved by” column

1. Go to the Reports screen.

2. Click Configure Columns.

3. Search for Approved by under General columns.

4. Add it to your report and (optionally) group by it.
