To improve visibility and reduce friction, the Add Notes action is now exposed directly in the QC Report header.
What’s New?
When an inspection does not contain any notes, the Add Notes action is displayed in the header, positioned to the right of the Standard name.
Clicking the Add Notes icon opens the Notes section.
Once the first note is added, the header action disappears.
As long as notes exist in the inspection, they remain fully editable as before.
Why This Change?
Previously, the Add Notes action was available only under the More actions (three-dot) menu in the QC Report.
Now, the action is:

Faster to access
No longer hidden in an internal menu
This update makes it easier for the QC Managers to add notes without searching for the option.
